If you are using Causara on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.</p><h2>Service Description</h2><p>Causara provides a cloud-hosted investigation management platform. We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.</p><h2>Account Responsibilities</h2><p>You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. All activity under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.</p><h2>Acceptable Use</h2><p>You may not use Causara to store unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content. The platform is for legitimate quality assurance and investigation purposes only.</p><h2>Fees</h2><p>Subscription fees are set out at sign-up. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. All fees are exclusive of VAT.</p><h2>Limitation of Liability</h2><p>Causara's liability is limited to direct losses up to the amount of fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or reputational losses.</p><h2>Termination</h2><p>You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Data export is available for 30 days after termination.</p></div>","meta_description":null}
